The GreenTech 2000L Semi-Adjustable Sprayer 2-Row is one of the best selling tow behind vineyard spray systems we produce. The standard sprayer with 6 heads is available in several different wheel types - either a 2-wheel single or
4-wheel tandem axle. The standard unit can be purchased with only 6 spray heads (the three per side).

This is a heavy duty 3 row tow behind. This strongly constructed machine has manual adjustment of the arms but has adjustment features for row spacing. Each arm can fold forward hydraulically and independently.

The GreenTech 2000L to 4000L Drift Reduction-Recycling Sprayer 2-Row collects the undeposited spray and recycles back into a nominated tank that can be reused. GreenTech has tested this machine in Adelaide Hills vineyards over two seasons with outstanding results. Results from GreenTech development work at the start of the season show up 90% of spray is used and recycled, where traditionally this would be lost as drift.  As foliage density increases, recovery rates obviously diminish - but an average of 30% chemical savings across the season can be expected, meaning excellent deposition and less waste.  Recycles spray, drift reduction, increases deposition and increases efficiency.

The standard 2000L Tree Sprayer is supplied with 3 heads. This is the smallest tree sprayer we currently produce.  2000L to 6000L tank sizes.  Hot deep galvanized chassis for corrosion protection.  GreenTech spray head Electrical 530mm diameter, having adjustable air output.  Very low power consumption.  Hydraulic-operated folding arms.  Linkage drawbar for tight turning. Can be retrofitted with additional spray heads.  

Over some years GreenTech has developed many different row crop spray systems in tank size and width of spraying in one pass operation. They all differ in configuration according to what crop they are used for and the conditions they work in. Many of these machine have been specific developed for specific customer needs. Currently GreenTech produces 600L and 1000L linkage machine up to 9 fan spray heads.

GreenTech's Tractor Mounted Row Crop System axial-fan technology makes large-area spraying extremely economical.  This spray solution developed by GreenTech allows for very low power consumption, which in turn reduces the fuel costs associated with operating a tractor over a large terrain. The electrical spray head technology eliminates any possible contamination ensuring the highest possible crop yield.
