Applications for our annual Graduate program are now open. We are seeking our next talented and Ag passionate Graduate to join our organisation.

The Emmetts Graduate Program is a position offered to recent university graduates. The program is structured and provides great exposure across key departments, whilst receiving mentoring and training support.

Technology, Automation and increased efficiency in Agriculture is a central focus for our Organisation and the agricultural industry as a whole – that’s why this year we are targeting Graduates with a passion for technology, innovation and are looking to join an organisation that cares about the future of farming.

The Graduate Program is a 12-month fixed term, full time position full of variety, it will see you initially based in our connected centre and undertake up to 4-6 placements/rotations. By rotating through several key departments in the business, this role provides the essential building blocks to a diverse and successful career in agriculture.
The Graduate will work across the following departments, undertaking ownership for key projects in each area:
Precision Agronomy – Connected Centre*
Aftermarket (Parts and Service)
Sales Admin
Details of the project, including key objectives will be provided at the commencement of each rotation. At the conclusion of each project you will receive insights and feedback from the project lead, to drive you forward.

* Our Connected Centre is a centralised hub which enables our teams to remotely support our customers across VIC and SA, connecting to them live in the field in real time. This enables us to help diagnose the issue, resolve it or send our talented technicians with the right part to get them back up and running in record speed.

This exposure will provide graduates an opportunity to develop as a future leader. The training, mentoring and networking opportunities, as well as the chance to rotate through the organisation is all designed to give you the skills and knowledge to succeed at any role you set your sights on.

You will finish the program with a thorough and fast-tracked understanding of the business, setting you up for a successful career with Emmetts.

Whilst the Graduate Program is 12 months in duration, the incumbent will be eligible to apply for a permanent role in the business after successfully completing 9 months of the program.
