Details of the project, including key objectives will be provided at the commencement of each rotation. At the conclusion of each project you will receive insights and feedback from the project lead, to drive you forward.

This enables us to help diagnose the issue, resolve it or send our talented technicians with the right part to get them back up and running in record speed.

This exposure will provide graduates an opportunity to develop as a future leader. The training, mentoring and networking opportunities, as well as the chance to rotate through the organisation is all designed to give you the skills and knowledge to succeed at any role you set your sights on.

You will finish the program with a thorough and fast-tracked understanding of the business, setting you up for a successful career with Emmetts.

Whilst the Graduate Program is 12 months in duration, the incumbent will be eligible to apply for a permanent role in the business after successfully completing 9 months of the program.
